The Mandra literally mean proud and so should Helle be. After teaming up with survivalist expert Les Stroud to create this new outdoors knife.
Tested on location in the wilderness of Romania the Helle team and Les Stroud fine tunned the design to create this new survival knife.
The Mandra's blade is made out of Helle's triple laminated stainless steel to ensure strength, durability and corrosion resistance. With a blade lenth of 69mm and a handle made from curly birch and vulcan fibre the Mandra weighs in at on 70 grams allowing for ease of carrying when exploring nature.
The contoured handle combined with the small finger guard help to protect the users hand while providing a comfortable grip to allow for the maximum dexterity and handeling of the blade.
